Eles é que estavam encrencados. Vários foram fechados e outros se
fundiram a grandes bancos. Agora, o Banco Central Europeu quer que esses
bancos sejam capitalizados com capital próprio e não com dinheiro do
Banco Central Europeu.
Esse é o centro da confusão da Espanha, que agora não tem mais presidente do Banco Central.
