O acordo entre o prefeito ACM Neto e a Associação dos Dirigentes de Empresas do Mercado Imobiliário no Estado da Bahia (Ademi) que retiraria do projeto de lei da reforma tributária o imposto de 5% nas transações imobiliárias pode ser desfeito na Câmara de Vereadores de Salvador.
De acordo com informações que chegam ao Bahia Notícias, a Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ) da Casa, presidida pelo vereador Kiki Bispo (PTN), pretende manter o artigo 72 que trata do assunto. Isso acontecendo, as transações imobiliárias ficarão mais caras a partir da nova reforma tributária.
Em conversa com o chefe do Executivo municipal, a cobrança teve apoio dos construtores Antonio Carlos Costa Andrade, Vicente Matos e Nelson Trief.
